The project aims to improve the physical and mental well-being of people with Parkinson’s disease through training in safe fall techniques. It also seeks to build lasting collaboration between Parkinson’s associations and martial arts clubs in Skåne, enabling continued fall-prevention activities and study groups after the project ends. Martial arts provide an effective foundation for learning how to fall safely and reduce injury risk.
